Maira Fernandez epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every real estate transaction. Maira grew up in Union City and started her career in real estate in 1980. She has since built a successful career in real estate as an agent, recruiter, representing buyers, sellers and training real estate agents. She is the President/Broker of Exit Realty a successful real estate brokerage firm located in North Bergen, New Jersey. Maira has been training and building strong real estate agents and making them successful and productive through her career as a broker. She and her team, work around the clock to provide superior level of service in every level of detail of a real estate transaction and training. She is constantly teaching and coaching agents how to service their clients at the highest professional level. Maira has been trained and inspired by some of the best in the real estate industry and has received several awards through her career in real estate.
